After using only text to represent the name of the choir, the Minnesota Valley Women's Chorale decided it was time to have a brand that represented their vibrant community of women singers.
O&S had a logo that dated back to the 70's and they wanted a brand refresh that gave them a more modern look but also had a nod to the familiar classic western style their customers know and trust.

Easter Lutheran Church came to me with the desire to update the look of a very dated logo. They wanted to keep the icons of a sun and cross previously used, but also express their mission statement: to grow in faith and carry on the work of Jesus Christ. With growth as a center value, the incorporation of a leaf was a natural fit (punn intended).
Hair salon owner Angela came to me looking to brand her private salon space and help it to stand out within a community of spaces. Housed in suite number seven, we capitalized on the location as a strong identifier for her brand. The salon's shabby chic aesthetic inspired both the color and style of the logo.

A podcast created for nerds, Best 3some Ever wanted a logo that embraced their love of Star Wars. I had a great time creating both the galactic typography and illustrations of geeked-out friends from a galaxy far far away.
Education Leadership consultant Dr. Jennifer McCarty Plucker was looking to brand herself in pursuit of her independent consulting and speaking career. Her mission and values are embedded in the growth and transformation of both students and those who educate them. The use of the acorn/oak was a natural fit to embody that vision. "Within each acorn lies a great oak."

Geek By Numbers is a collective of self-proclaimed online nerds banning together to bring insight and community to those wishing to know more about all things "geek." Combining the 12-sided dice often used in fantasy board games with the power symbol of technology, the geek worlds collide into a logo of world-wide nerd domination proportions.
