Subscriber handbook
Created with convenience in mind, this multi-page vertical flip handbook was designed to be an "at-a-glance" reference for subscribers complete with a magnet on the back so it could be kept it close-at-hand on their fridge. Subscribers had historically called the box office for this kind of information. The production of the handbook reduced calls and empowered subscribers.

Season & show announcement mailers
With a strong subscriber and returning patron base, one of the theater's strongest marketing tools are mailers. These bi-fold announcements are content-rich pieces, offering perspective theater goers something more than the traditional postcard.

membership campaign
Marketing to past and future members means selling the experience of an entire season. From early buzz before the roster of shows is finalized, to capturing the essence of each individual show as well as the collective experience, the campaign must engage and inspire patrons not only to invest in the season, but to return year after year.

digital advertising
Having always advertising in print only, making the switch to online digital advertising was an important step for Park Square Theatre as a way to reach patrons outside their current base. The trackable, traceable and targeted ads also helped to inform future advertising spend.
